Hello Teaching Geodesy Interest Group

We know many of you would like to use more geodesy data, quantitative skills, and societal relevance in your teaching but it can be hard to find the time to make teaching changes. In this 1-day short course before AGU, you can learn about teaching modules and resources for including InSAR, GPS, Structure from Motion (SfM), and terrestrial and airborne lidar in your field and classroom courses. 

Hooking undergraduates into geophysics data and methods (GPS, Lidar, InSAR, SfM photogrammetry) through societally important issues
Date: Sunday December 11, 2016
Time: 8 am - 5 pm (lunch included)
Location: TBD, near Moscone Center is association with AGU annual meeting
Stipend: $300 for full completion of the short course

Open to instructors and graduate students. Priority given to people who are actively involved in teaching.
