[teqc] LB2 format: strange epoch on Sunday at 00:00:00

A teqc user has reported the following problem to me.  They are
using a Leica SR520, firmware version 4.20, and they happen to
be collecting data at 1-sec sampling.  All is well except for the
first epoch at 00:00:00 _each Sunday_.  In a pseudo-RINEX format
(i.e. not worrying about the f14.3 format of each observable),
the first two epochs on Sunday 9 May 2004, for example, are:

where you are looking at L1 L2 C1 P2.  At the moment, I don't see
how this could be a teqc translation bug, especially since it only
occurs on one epoch: each Sunday at 00:00:00.  (I suspect a firmware bug.)

Has anyone else ever seen this type of problem in LB2 data?
