[teqc] TEQC , binex position metadata record?

Lou,

I dont think binex files contain any antenna position metadata info; 
am I incorrect?

Kirk, at FSL just asked me why only the last rinex file formed from 
the binex files each day for site sa31 has non zero position fields 
and I cant figure out how any of the rinex files would have position 
w/o specifying an O.px  in a config file.
