[teqc] Linux x86_64 (64-bit) executable available for testing

Dear all,

By request, there is now a Linux x86 64-bit build of
teqc available by request.  The compiler was 64-bit
gcc on a RedHat Enterprise 3.0 system.  For the moment
I've only made a dynamically-linked build, but I could
probably do a statically-linked one pretty quick if
it turns out to be needed.
