[teqc] question about using teqc results in GAMIT

Dear sir/madam
I have used your teqc.exe program in windows xp. Whwn I use the derived observation files in GAMIT, the program prompts lots of warnings which indicat" bad line in rinex file". I guess there is a difference between the saving text file methods in windows and lkinux. I would be thankfull if you help me how to use the observation files derived from teqc.exe in gamit/globk.
