[teqc] differential code bias status of receivers

Dear all,

This is going out to both the `gpstech` and 'teqc` list serves
in order to reach as many interested groups as possible.  If you
respond, please reply or send to `gpstech at unavco.org`.  Apologies
for duplicate emails if you are on both lists.

I have been asked to solicit input from receiver manufacturers
and processing centers to arrive at a consensus of the differential
code bias (DCB) status of various receivers used for GPS and GNSS
processing.  Below is a starting list from Bob King and Tom Herring.
It may contain errors.  It may also be missing receivers that are
listed in the IGS table
ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/general/rcvr_ant.tab
so feel free to amend the DCB table info as necessary when replying.
There may be cases were the DCB status is firmware dependent; if
so, please note that fact.  Please only send the corrected parts
of the table, or additions to it.

Once the work is done, we should ask that this list be maintained
at the IGS Central Bureau, perhaps as part of the rcvr_ant.tab file
or as a separate listing (as it is here).  (Angie?)
