I probably should have mentioned some of the major additions
from the last full official release (14 Mar 2002):

1) Addition of reading/translation capability for the following
	Topcon TPS/Javad JPS
	Trimble NetRS BINEX (developed for PBO)
	Ashtech DBEN stream format
	Ashtech U-file "data mode 7"
	Leica System 1200 MDB
	Navcom binary format
	JPL Soc format
	IGS "RTIGS" format

(still to be added is Leica System 1200 LB2 support, by request from
several of our UNAVCO associate members)

2) Receivers or formats that are identified as storing the SNRs
in dBHz now use a consistent mapping to obtain the RINEX SNR 0-9
flag stored with L1 and L2 phase observables:

	snr_rnx= min(max(int(snr_dBHz/6, 0, 9)

SNRs from Ashtech Z-12 receivers, if the data is identified as
coming from a Z-12, is automatically converted in dBHz equivalents.

3) L2C support for Trimble .dat and RT17 formats, data from NetRS
or other L2C capable receivers: You must specify '+C2' early in
the command line, and you may need to specify the observable list
with -O.obs to include C2.  Note with Trimble formats: if L2C (as
RINEX "C2") is being logged from an SV, then there will be no
P2 pseudorange available for that SV.  (AFAIK, the first GPS
Block IIF-M SV with L2C capability -- which might be turned on --
has not been launched yet.  L2C data tests were done using synthetic
.dat data from Trimble.)

4) improved decimation algorithm, esp. for initial sample intervals
less than 1 sec. (review http://ls.unavco.org/pipermail/teqc/2004/000066.html
and several earlier emails in this thread)

5) reading of MET string messages logged with Vaisala WXT510 and PTU200
MET packs into RINEX MET

6) '+smtt' option: used to create RINEX that should be equivalent
to that from clockprep translated direct from formats of receivers that
use millisecond resets, having smooth time and millisecond jumps in
phase and pseudorange at the resets
