[teqc] Calculate of GPS satellite position

Obviously teqc does this internally when it is doing a qc with nav
messages -- that's a necessary step before computing the position
of the antenna.  But currently teqc is not designed to output the
WGS-84 cartesian coordinates of the SVs, so at the moment the
answer is no.

Do you really need to use the GPS nav messages? Why not get IGS SP3
orbit files which are already in XYZ (and more accurate)?
