[teqc] Observable C2

We have here a septentrio receiver.
By using teqc, the following error is produced:
! Error ! unable to recognize observable code= "C2"

teqc: failure to read "    10    C1    L1    L2    P2    P1    C2    D1 
    D2    S1# / TYPES OF OBSERV" on line 12 of 
"/users/gps/work/hourly_1259649/WTZS278H.05O"
	(invalid observation type) ... exiting
ERROR when reading line 19.

As I have noticed on page

Link: changes/bug fixes/enhancements in next teqc release
the next release will have option +C2.
( 2005 July 27: new +C2 option must now be used to include RINEX version 
2.11 C2 observable, and the default observable lists with and without C2 
have been redefined in set_obs_obs_out())

As the users request C2 I would like to ask whether we may have the beta 
version of teqc (for TRU64), or where we can download it
or ask when the next release will be available.
