So TRU64 == OSF1, the OS on a DEC Alpha?  If so, apparently not.  I used
to have logins on DEC Alphas at JPL, CDDIS, and UCAR but either the machines
are gone or my accounts appear to be no longer active, so we have nowhere
to compile teqc on OSF1. (Same problem applies for IBM AIX and SGI IRIX
platforms.)
