[teqc] teqc and combining broadcast (navigation) files.

When trying to combined two uncompressed broadcast//navigation 
ephemeride files, I get a coredump from teqc.  The command I issue is:

    teqc brdc2720.05n brdc2730.05n

The version of teqc being used is Dec 3, 2004.  I have been told that 
this has worked with older versions of teqc.  Is this the right way to 
combine broadcast/nagivation ephemeride files?
