No, the code has always been such that the .yyS summary file goes
into the same directory as the target files, which are usually the
RINEX obs file(s). Of course on a UNIX system, you could create
a special directory and put links to the target files in it,
then pass the link names to teqc, do the qc which would put the
.yyS file(s) in that directory, and then remove the links.
And of course you are free to redirect the short part of the qc
which is output to stdout (== to the first part of the .yyS file)
to any directory and filename you want.
