[teqc] Teqc Quality parameters

Hi, 

I am interested in learning more about the quality check in Teqc, 
mainly how to assess the output of the QC. 

1.) TEQC: The Multi-Purpose Toolkit for GPS/GLONASS Data, L. H. Estey 
and C. M. Meertens, GPS Solutions (pub. by John Wiley & Sons), Vol. 
3, No. 1, pp. 42-49, 1999.


... seems to be a useful read, but is not available for download 
somewhere? 

2.) Any other sources on the web, who could guide me through the +qc 
output at some detail?
