The latest development version (29 June 2006) of teqc is on-line:
http://facility.unavco.org/software/teqc/teqc.html#executables
The two main additions since 5 Apr 2006:
SBAS (e.g. WAAS) data can now be read from a Trimble .dat file,
collected for example by a 5700 or 5800 receiver. (Probably the
same will occur if SBAS data is in RT17, though this format was
not tested.)
Leica system 1200 "GG" (GPS + GLONASS) MDB and LB2 reading capability
has been added.
Some minor issues were addressed:
Another "decimation bug" (for data with millisecond resets) that showed
up in the 16 Dec 2005 version is now fixed.
For Ashtech R-file UNIX `cat`-ed together (which technically you should
not be doing): The 8170-byte header at the beginning of each R-file now
become imbedded in a file you are interpreting as a R-file could have
a section that teqc tries to read as a record 9 (ZTINYTYPE). Teqc now
should successfully ignore this misinterpretation.
The names of receivers/antennae/radomes are checked against the IGS
names in the IGS file dated 6 June 2006. (This change also involved
updating some automatically assigned names for Trimble and Leica
data.)

As usual, save your current teqc executable as backup in case something
unexpected shows up in the new version.
cheers,
