[teqc] rt17/glonass issue

Hola,

I am not having success trying to translate a Trimble RT17 file that has
mixed GPS and Glonass data.

Files are in:
ftp://ftp.panga.cwu.edu/private/tumw_problem

where the .org file is the rt17 I'm trying to translate and the rinex file
is in theory what the result should look like (except I don't have any
need of the Glonass data).

Have tried various permutations of apparently relevant flags, but I've
never dealt with Glonass so quite likely I'm missing something.
