Teqc doesn't recognize the C2 observable by default. (Reason: the
default RINEX version that teqc realizes is currently 2.10, and there
is no C2 observable defined in 2.10.) To make teqc read/write RINEX
version 2.11 with C2, include the option "+C2".
Note: I just noticed that `teqc +help | grep C2` says to use "+L2",
but this is obviously wrong. The help menu is being fixed for the
next production release.
