Teqc uses the precise code, if it is available, over the course acquisition
code. Thus P2 is used if available, as is P1 over C1.

No 1-step option, but it is easy enough to do with existing options.
First, qc the full file, which I'm going to assume has P1 and P2, and
thus the multipath will be done with P1 and P2. Then create an "edited"
RINEX observation file with -O.obs:
teqc +C2 -O.obs l1+l2+c1+c2 RINEX_CP > RINEX_C
and then qc the RINEX_C file with just C1 and C2, and then the multipath
will be done with C1 and C2.
