It's not a matter of receiver, per se, but of data format collected by the
receiver.  I'll assume you have data in Topcon TPS format.  Teqc should be
able to deal with that, unless you have the latest firmware for collecting
GPS L2C data, for which teqc has been only recently modified to read the
new TPS L2C records, but that teqc version has not yet been made available.
