The latest development version (15 Feb 2008) of teqc is on-line:
As usual, save a copy of your current executable in case there
is some unexpected problem with the new executable -- but we have
been testing Solaris Sparc 64-bit builds fairly extensively in
actual production since at least early January (since the changes
in late January and 15 Feb were essentially very minor).

The main fixes and changes since 25 Jun 2007 are fairly extensive
and are given in detail in:
but I'll give a very brief summary here:

* the problem of extracting negative GLONASS frequency channel
numbers for the Leica MDB and Topcon TPS/Javad JPS formats should
be fixed to the best of my understanding (needs thorough testing
by serious GLONASS users, though)

* reading of Topcon TPS/Javad JPS messages for GPS L2C data (i.e.
[R3], [3R], [P3], [3P], [D3], [F3], [E3])

* reading of Topcon TPS/Javad JPS [>>] messages generalized to
accept data from serial ports a-e

* fix for reading corrupted Ashtech R-file record 9 (now does
not get into an infinite loop)

* fix for reading certain Ashtech MBEN L1-only records (e.g.
as from an Ashtech AC12 receiver)

* reading of Leica system 1200 MDB records 104 (0x68) and 108
(0x6c) for receiver/antenna types

* reading of u-blox UBX AID-HUI (0x0b02) record to extract
GPS UTC model and ionospheric parameters

* reading of CMC binary record 20 (user coordinates, for
initial lon/lat/elevation)

* code for Borland (for Microsoft DOS/Windows) now has minimal
variations from the other builds

* a bug for decimation that would only occur on little-endian
(e.g. Intel) builds was fixed

* new "+eds" (= output all external data strings to stderr) option

* bug with original -N.a[lpha] and -N.b[eta] editing options now

Please report any abnormal or unexpected behaviour, but note that
I will be out of the office until 4 March.
