Oh, no, I don't answer questions like that.  First, there are no good or
bad values.  Second, the sign doesn't matter for the qc analysis, and
that's why an estimate of the rms of the multipath is provided.  What
values of the rms you decide to call good or bad is up to you, if you
decide to do so.
