The next release of teqc will be smart enough so that if using
the '-tbin' option on one or more RINEX files of the same type,
then the '+obs', '+nav', or '+met' options (currently needed to
specify what is to be output) will not be needed. In other words,
the current syntax of:
teqc +obs + -tbin 1d new big.09o
could be replaced with:
teqc -tbin 1d new big.09o
which will chop big.09o into 1 day files with "new" as the
filename prefix all starting at 00:00:00.0 or the first epoch
thereafter and all epochs in each 1 day file before 00:00:00.0
of the next day.
