No. Either:
teqc -st YYYYMMDD000000 -e YYYYMMDD235955 namefileiput.09o > namefileoutput.09o
or
teqc -st YYYYMMDD000000 +dh 23.9965 namefileiput.09o > namefileoutput.09o
which you would have to execute N times with different values for -st
for N daily output files, or, better yet (I keep trying to get users to
try this out), use the -tbin option, last email about this is:

so using the last released version (2009Mar23) which was before
that email, you'd have to do (just once):
teqc +obs + -tbin 1d namefileoutput namefileiput.09o
