sorry for the silence - I was fighting in between and found a "solution":

In combination with the option "-st[art_window]" the option "-O.e[nd]" works well!
At least I obtain the line "TIME OF LAST OBS" within the RINEX-header using the
following combination of options:

teqc-32bit-static-2009Mar23 -config SOCY.teqc.0.conf -config SOCY.teqc.1.conf -O.dec 30 -O.int 30 -st[art_window] 20090123155230 -O.e[nd] 2009 01 23 23 59 30 +err SOCY0230.09O.err SOCY0230.09O.tmp > SOCY0230.09O

Hope it could be helpful for you.

Thanks again, have a nice weekend,
Swen
