[teqc] question on rinex file formatting...

Sridhar,
I think that is right. The Net-RS does not really observe P1. It
observes C1 and P2-P1 (it's P2 is really C1 + (P2-P1)).
The P1 observable is normally restricted to those receivers that
observe P1 directly, like the Ashtech Z-12 and any receivers that use
similar methods.
I think the usual software packages expect this. If there is a
problem, use teqc to remove P1. Becuase the P1 will all be blank
anyway, you won't lose anything.
