This is isn't really an appropriate question for the teqc list, but
I'll indulge.

The answer is: depends on what raw_rang is.  If it's in units of
time, then the pseudorange is raw_rang * speed of light.  If it's
in units of distance, then pseudorange is raw_rang only.  Right?
