[teqc] using Teqc for TRIMBLE NETR5 receiver

Dear all


I will replace receiver TRIMBLE 4000SSI by TRIMBLE NETR5
 
Please, could you give me the current version of TEQC to use under
windows 2000 system to treat dat files from this kind of receiver
 
        Windows 2000 :   Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP (Borland 5.0 compile)
for 486DX or higher

PS : under Unix Solaris2.8 to treat  RInex files, 2008 teqc version  is
used.
