Well, that's easy enough to do. The question is: should it be done?
The field I'm currently extracting from MDB 104 (0x68) is explicitly
labeled (in the Leica MDB documentation) as "Version no. of firmware".
What you're asking for as an addendum is labeled as "Version of
measurement engine". The field in RINEX 2.11 is labeled as
"Version: e.g. Internal Software Version", which is usually assumed
to mean firmware.
Is Leica's RINEX conversion including the measurement engine version?
If so, I'm ok with including it in teqc.
