Thanks, Shelby. Now we need an argument from Uwe or someone else at
Geodätisches Observatorium Wettzell as to how this proposed change to
teqc would be desirable and/or advantageous and simultaneously not lead
to confusion elsewhere (e.g. IGS site log comparison to RINEX headers).
