?? The (approximate) survey point coordinates are in the RINEX obs
header, in XYZ coordinates, labeled as "APPROX POSITION XYZ".
For the antenna phase center position relative to the survey point,
there is the additional UEN (up/east/north) offset listed as
"ANTENNA: DELTA H/E/N".

Beyond that, I don't know what you are asking for.
