Maybe we can get someone at NGS familiar with OPUS to explain this.
What's the difference between submitting at a .dat, converting that
that .dat to RINEX with Trimble's `dat2rin`, and converting the .dat
to RINEX with teqc? It's the same data ... so the OPUS message must
be wrong, or at least is very misleading.
