[teqc] G00 appearing in RINEX from Trimble NetR9 .T02 files

A NetR9, eh? Well, a .t02 from a NetR9 is probably the same as from
a NetR8, but there are always fun, new things with new receivers and
their firmware. Best to send me (not entire the teqc list) the .t02
file and I'll take a look at the .tgd file that I get from it. (Fun
to be at the bleeding edge, right?)
