[teqc] Teqc quality check files ...

  Dear teqc users,

In decoding content of every qc (result) file I came across second line, 
that I don't understand. All qc files (*.azi, *.ele, *.sn1, *.sn2, 
*.mp1, *.mp2...) have same "header":

COMPACT
SVS   01:01 02:02 03:03 04:04 05:05 06:06 07:07 08:08 09:09 10:10 11:11 
12:12 13:13 14:14 15:15 16:16 17:17 18:18 19:19 20:20 21:21 22:22 23:23 
24:24 25:25 26:26 27:27 28:28 29:29 30:30 31:31 32:32
T_SAMP    30.0
START_TIME_MJD  53594.298264

Now, the second line is a mistery to me. What does 01:01 mean? Any 
special meaning, or just satellite vehicle 01?
