Pierre,

> How does one convert the attached Septentrio compacted binary format GPS data to standard RINEX using TEQC under Windows?

I don't think you can. Teqc can read Septentrio Binary Format (SBF),
but this file, MARN15724az0000.sbfc, isn't SBF. Doing an binary dump
with od (on UNIX):

[5951] od -c MARN15724az0000.sbfc 2>&1 | more
0000000 s b c 0 \f \0 \0 \0 \0 \0 $ 006 350 003 \0 \0
0000020 030 0 X 002 \0 F 005 \0 \0 001 001 ! 004 005 003 002
0000040 \0 001 006 022 \v \n \t \f 031 033 025 036 \b 034 032
0000060 037 030 027 026 016 024 035 \r 023 017 020 021 \a 367 \r \0
0000100 \0 177 177 307 354 \0 377 & 217 305 247 b 256 320 261 )
0000120 $ L 241 360 H ! 1 334 \r G @ a Q 202 ) 245
0000140 310 033 2 f \0 [ 200 \t T 271 200 c b 257 $ 324
0000160 313 = v 266 206 300 4 e 216 304 004 6 026 020 001 364
0000200 002 017 U 004 [ 210 \v 220 C 271 # 004 \0 @ 312 260
0000220 + 360 * 241 x o 212 215 216 270 ) 261 035 265 W 370
...

so this file starts off with ASCII 'sbc0' -- which is not the way an SBF
file would start.

Maybe Septentrio has something that can convert this, an SBC?, into SBF
and then you could use teqc.

cheers,
