[teqc] next official version of teqc on-line (2017 Jul 3)

The next official version -- 2017Jul03 -- of teqc is on-line:
As usual, save a copy of your current executable in case there is some unexpected problem
with the new executable.

Note: This is an updated version of the 2017Jun19 version.  Delete the
2017Jun19 version and get this new one.  Please do not contact me about any problem
specific to the 2017Jun19 version.

The main changes and fixes since 2016 Nov 7 are given in detail at
but here's a very brief summary about changes between this release and the last one:

- various fixes and improvements for reading Javad JPS and Topcon TPS, e.g. see
http://postal.unavco.org/pipermail/teqc/2017/002237.html  regarding JPS [SX] message

- fix for assigning GPS week from value in Trimble .tdg records 27 and stream RT27 0x57-6
(from the 2017Jun19 version)

- should be able to access SBAS L5 data from Septentrio Binary Format (assuming that
such data are in SBF 4027 messages from appropriate SBAS SVs broadcasting L5);

- fix of delta times of .azi and .ele compact3 plot files for epochs where a data gap
is present; seehttp://postal.unavco.org/pipermail/teqc/2017/002284.html

- two releases for Linux 64-bit; use CentOS (using newer kernel) if possible
(the RedHat release continues to be on compiled on our original 64-bit Linux

- release for Arietta G25 using ARM9 processor; seehttps://www.acmesystems.it/arietta
(note: this build was done via a Request Support ticket from MIT/Haystack who
then also provided the Arietta G25 and assistance for getting started)

- GNSS additions for various formats: Javad JPS, Leica MDB, and Trimble .tgd
(mainly UTC and ionospheric data for Galileo, Beidou, QZSS)

- overhaul for reading GNSS navigation messages from manufacturer formats and
method of storage of GNSS ephemerides, system time-UTC deltas, and ionospheric

- the above included broadening the allowed 'time of clock' (ToC) values to allow
ephemerides broadcast on GPS L2C

- new '-N.dUTC', '-N.ionA', and '-N.ionB' for user setting of delta UTC parameters,
ionospheric alpha parameters, and ionospheric beta parameters

- new '+dUTC_p' (to replace '+utc_p') with output in GPS system time (for easier comparison)

- hopefully, improvements to GNSS point-positioning during qc

- '+O.px -' or '+O.pg -' options to use antenna position in RINEX obs header
rather than computing position or supplying position with '+O.px X Y Z' or
'+O.pg lat lon elevation'

- met observables with "no data" should now consistently show up as a -9999.9
value in a RINEX met file

- default SBAS PRNs were increased to 120-158 (from previous PRNs 120-142),
corresponding to an increase in default number of SBAS SVs to 39 (from previous 23)
(note: this change was to address SBAS PRN 147 now showing up)

- slight change to the dynamic buffering for reading Ashtech stream format
(see note inhttp://postal.unavco.org/pipermail/teqc/2016/002180.html  for the
2016Nov7 version on dynamic buffering); the original dynamic buffering
code for reading Ashtech stream format was occasionally causing missed epochs
when used with some Linux builds

- '+extend' option added to allow output of extended RINEX 2.11 obs or Beidou, QZSS,
or IRNSS nav (note: '+relax' still works for this version, but please start using
the new '+extend' option)

- qc ionospheric and multipath combinations added for Beidou B2a and B1C

- new qc symbol for ASCII time plot, 'u', for L1, L7, L6 data (e.g. Beidou
B1/E2+B2/E5b+B3/E6 data)

- new qc symbol for ASCII time plot, 'i', for L5-only data (e.g. IRNSS with L-band
tracking only)

- discontinued: functionality of '+igs' and '++igs' options

As with the 2016Nov7 version, some builds are not available with this release:

- any HP-UX builds (due to a lack of access an HP-UX system for compiling)
- the Borland build for Windows; instead, use the Mingw-32 bit build
- the Mac OSX i5 gcc 4.2 64-bit build; instead, use the OSX i5 gcc 4.3 64-bit build
- Solaris Sparc 5.9 builds
