This was due to a minor bug which is now fixed and will be in the next release which I'm hoping will be next week, i.e. now:

For all others:

Gregory's table in his first email had an error:
For G06, the earlier versions of teqc were outputting ephemerides for ToC at:
2018  2 19  05:59:28.0 and 2018  2 19  07:59:28.0

... but were not outputting the updated ephemeris for ToC at:
2018  2 19  07:59:12.0

The bug that was fixed has existed for essentially all versions of teqc for years ...
and applied to all input data types (e.g. all manufacturers formats and GPS RINEX nav).
