[teqc] Problems converting NetR9 T02 files to RINEX

FYI I double-checked a few .T02 files with 5.33 firmware yesterday and did not observe and runpkr00 v5.40 errors.  Did you reproduce your errors with multiple files from multiple receivers?

If possible please cc me on your communications to Trimble support, or at least keep me appraised of any details that come to light.’
