[teqc] Problems converting NetR9 T02 files to RINEX

Patrice, Frederick,

I read on the Trimble changelog that there were some changes to better 
handle more constellations and more satellites.

Patrice, what happens if you enable GPS only (disabling Glonass, 
Beidou, Galileo and SBAS) ?

Frederick, which constellations do you have enabled in your receivers ?
