Subject: [teqc] overriding default time setting in teqc

Hello all,
I am trying to splice together some historical CORS data and I am having trouble finding the exact command to override teqc from using the time on my cpu and by default, setting the gps week to the current gps week. Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
