[teqc] Leica d00 files and Beidou data

I'm sure that if you execute:

    teqc +all -O.sum . file.m00

that you'll see that there's Beidou data; see

and
https://postal.unavco.org/pipermail/teqc/2017/002207.html
about the '-O.sum' option.

Or, if using the 2018Oct15 version of teqc:

   teqc +dh 24 +qcq file.m00

will probably give you a nice qc of the data, also showing Beidou.

Your command:

    teqc file.m00 > obsfile

is for creating RINEX 2.11 which technically does not allow Beidou;
see e.g. https://postal.unavco.org/pipermail/teqc/2018/002475.html

However, if you execute:

    teqc +extend ile.m00 > obsfile

this will include any Beidou, QZSS, IRNSS, GLONASS G3 -- but you should
only use the resultant "extended" RINEX for your own nefarious purposes. :)
