Just provide the teqc a ".19l" file and all will be OK ...

... but for multiGNSS work please consider switching to Rinex 3 (but 
note teqc does not support Rinex 3 !) but you can use Anubis for RX3 QC 
(http://www.pecny.cz/GOP/index.php/gnss/sw/anubis)
