[teqc] Curing files with GPS rolllover issues

Uwe,

For small files I open in a text editor, I use WordPad, and do a global
find/replace. I corrected two receiver files earlier this week. The
Ashtech Z-Xtreme was accepted by OPUS, the Ashtech Z Reference Station
was not. My processor was not to happy with it either?

I hope to figure out what is different.
