Observation file containing multiple days of data

One way is to use this command....
teqc -st 211207150500 -en 211207221200 pafm3410.21o>pafm341.21o
where -st is for start and -en is for end time, times are in the format of
YYMMDDHHMMSS
run it multiple times, once for each day.
Or you can use a text editor such as ultraedit to manually chop it up.
