[unav-data] Problem with data from PBO station AV21

Dear colleagues,

We have uncovered a problem with data from PBO station AV21, which we  
are trying to resolve.  All data from 2006, day 255 (12 September  
2006) forward should be considered suspect.

I will update you as soon as we fully understand the problem.  I  
apologize for any disruption this issue may have caused you.
