Dear colleagues,

It has been pointed out to me that I inadvertently left a few people 
off the list of acknowledgments for the PBO comment and reply document. 
  I assure you this was an oversight, for which I apologize, and which 
has been corrected in an updated version of the document posted at the 
same location as the previous version.
