[unav_all] Event Response Plan

UNAVCO has developed a draft of an Event Response Plan. The draft 
plan describes the policies and procedure that will guide the 
response of the UNAVCO community to events such as significant 
earthquakes, volcanic activity, etc.

All comments received by May 31st, 2004, will be considered before 
the plan is discussed at the next UNAVCO Board of Directors meeting 
in July.
