[unav_all] Hourly data now available from PBO Mt. St. Helens response GPS stations

Dear colleague,

PBO has responded to the volcanic crisis at Mt. St. Helens by 
installing four continuously operating GPS receivers on the mountain 
between October 12th and 16th, just two weeks after the crisis began; a 
fifth will be installed as soon as weather permits.  This work would 
not have been possible without critical assistance from staff of the US 
Geological Survey Cascades Volcano Observatory, the Mt. St. Helens 
National Volcanic Monument and Gifford Pinchot National Forest, US 
Forest Service, and Federal Emergency Management Agency, for which we 
are very grateful.  We have summarized the PBO response in a series of 
web pages available at http://pbo.unavco.org.

The four installed stations are returning data hourly to PBO 
Headquarters in Boulder; from there, they are passed to the UNAVCO 
Facility Data Group.  The Facility Data Group archives the data and 
makes them available through the UNAVCO Facility Archive at 
ftp://data-out.unavco.org/pub/PBO_rinex.  These data will be updated 
approximately hourly, barring transient communications disruptions or 
equipment failure.  Currently, data are available from 13 October 
through 2200 UT on 24 October.
