[unav_all] UNAVCO/IRIS Workshop Registration Deadline Approaching

The 2005 Joint UNAVCO/IRIS Workshop will be held at Skamania Lodge 
located next to the Columbia River Gorge.  The joint workshop will 
include three full day sessions with plenary lectures, poster 
presentations, breakout discussions, informal meetings, and a field 
trip. This promises to be an exciting meeting with interesting 
science sessions and a mix of the IRIS and UNAVCO communities.

The Workshop will include science sessions focused on the Sumatra 
Earthquake, Polar Geoscience, Explosive Volcanism and Next Generation 
Imaging.

There will be an afternoon field trip to Mt. Hood. And several groups 
are holding meetings in conjunction with the workshop.

The registration deadline is this Friday, April 22nd, 2005
The hotel reservation deadline is next Friday, April 27th, 2005
The abstract deadline is the end of this month, April 30th, 2005
