The deadline for proposing sessions for the spring AGU Joint Assembly  
“The Meeting of the Americas” in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, 24–27 May  
2009 is approaching in just a few weeks. Please consider suggesting a  
session for this meeting.  Now is the time to discuss with your  
colleagues ideas for sessions that will gather and promote interest in  
your research in geodesy.  The deadline for proposing sessions is  
November 5.
