Dear Colleagues:

 

GEO and OCI continue its dialog with the community to develop Earth Cube, a
community-driven cyberinfrastructure to integrate knowledge management
across the Geosciences.

 

We invite you and interested colleagues to participate in a second webinar
at 4:00 pm on August 22, 2011. During this webex, NSF will provide more
information on the vision for Earth Cube and details on the process for
participation. At this event, and over the coming months, more information
will be provided on the time-line of events, the resources that will be
available to the community, and guidance on how to prepare for the upcoming
charrette. 

 

Details of how to register and participate in the WebEx session are
presented below. All participants must register for this meeting. The WebEx
session will be held in room 110 at the National Science Foundation's
headquarters for those who wish to attend in person.
