IRIS is pleased to announce the 

Pan-American Advanced Studies Institute (PASI) on New Frontiers in Seismological Research

to be held in Quito, Ecuador from July 10 to July 24, 2011

Applications for participation are now welcome from Graduate Students, Postdocs and Junior Faculty from the U.S. and the Americas  at:

Selected participants will receive travel support including air and ground transportation, lodging, on-site meals for the duration of the course, and course materials. Women,  under represented minorities and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. 

This Institute is possible through support from the U.S. National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Energy, and CERESIS.
